Kristi earned her master’s in science of nursing from Holy Names University in Oakland and is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a family nurse practitioner. She previously worked as a registered nurse, mostly in community settings. Before becoming a nurse, Kristi worked as a newspaper writer, editor and designer.
