About Matt Carder Matthew Carder worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years and while earning his bachelor’s degree in business before joining Globe Life Liberty National Division Life Insurance Company (LNL) in 2012. He saw how Globe Life Liberty National Division provides individuals the opportunity to grow within the Company based on their efforts. At the same time, those individuals have the opportunity to do something that helps protect other families’ financial futures. So, he decided LNL was perfect for him. Matt quickly achieved many milestones that he had set as goals when he joined. Globe Life Liberty National Division truly stands behind its people and provides them the opportunity for growth. He looks forward to offering that same opportunity to help others further their career by opening his own office. “What I am most proud of is the way I have been able to pay the same opportunity forward to others and impact the lives of people who also want to grow in a rewarding career,” says Matt. The products his Agency offers help financially protect clients, so when the unexpected happens LNL is there for them. The policies are designed to stay with clients even when they change jobs or retire to provide protection for their families. Matt says, “I love what I do and the fact that it makes a difference in the lives of so many people – both policyholders, who benefit from our products, and those who start a career with us.” In his free time, Matt enjoys doing anything with his family and wishes there were more hours in the day for family time. He and his wife impact their community by supporting and staying involved with mission trips abroad, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, and Gabriel’s Angels, an organization that provides healing pet therapy to at-risk children. Matt carries over his love of volunteering and supporting the community to his Agency’s culture. “We volunteer our time and resources to make an impact on those in need by giving back during our quarterly meetings and other times throughout the year,” says Matt. He looks forward to growing his Agency in Phoenix and expanding throughout Arizona to provide opportunities to hundreds of people to grow with a great Company. He hopes to have a lasting economic impact for generations of policyholders’ families and those whose career path is unlimited with Globe Life Liberty National Division.
