Brownsville Scrap Paper, Inc. was founded by Ruben V. Guerrero in 1980 and has been the Owner/President since. We are a family owned business. My wife, Rosa M. Guerrero, sons Ruben Guerrero, Jr. and Rolando Guerrero are involved in the business. Ruben and Rolando grew up learning all aspects of the business. Both oversee the operation at our facility. We are situated on 20 acres with room for expansion. Our location is half a mile from the Port of Brownsville and the NAFTA Parkway. Our warehouse serves as a collection center for recyclable materials. These include cardboard, all grades of paper, plastics (industrial and post consumer) and some non-ferrous metals.
