About Dustin Venekamp Dustin Venekamp had just graduated college when he decided to join American Income Life Insurance Company (AIL). Understanding there isn’t anything like a good life-work balance, Dustin makes sure he plays as hard as he works. He enjoys basketball, golf, running, and spending time with this family. Dustin and his team also spend time volunteering and donating to the local food bank and labor union, OPEIU Local 277.
